Whimsy Home Wednesday No. 34

Welcome to the Whimsy Home Wednesday Link Party. Today we are sharing the chosen posts from Whimsy Home Wednesday No. 33.

Thank you so much for your kind comments last week about our Bentley.  His short legs and normal sized body makes him the cutest stinker around.  Did you know we were told originally he was a Mastador?  Never heard of it?  Well, he was supposed to be a Mastiff Labrador mix.  He had the largest feet so we really did not question it, until he wasn't getting very big.

We decided to have a DNA test completed with a simple swab of his mouth and awaited the test results.  The results were quite astounding since nothing we were told was true!  Turns out, Bentley is a Beagle German Shepherd!  Of course this did not make us love him any less, he is an integral part of this family. 

Do you know he reminds me he needs his medicine every night if I forget?  He anticipates my every move so he can get to places before I do.  When folks get too close to the car, he will bark to warn them to back off, which sounds nice, but in reality is more like a three ring circus.  His barking is not like a normal dog, and looks more like an aggressive, I will eat you alive dog bark.  He is our main squeeze, and makes life a bit lively around here since we never know what he will do next.
