I have another gluten free recipe for you. My favorite, chocolate chip cookies!
What you will need:
1 c + 2 T coconut flour
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
2 sticks salted butter, Softened
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c brown sugar
1 t vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 bag chocolate chips
What to do:
Mix butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract in mixing bowl. Mix coconut flour, baking soda, salt together. Fold in dry mixture, add chocolate chips. Spoon onto baking sheet and bake for 10 - 12 minutes. If you decide to use salted butter, you can omit the 1 t of salt. I found using salted butter provided the perfect sweet/salty flavor when I used both. Salted butter is what I had on hand and I did not think about it until the dough was already mixed. Turns out, when they came out of the over, Mr. Vintage said it was the perfect flavor.
